FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What precautions can I expect to see as I arrive?
Beginning outside the building, we will have helpful decals along the ground to assist with social distancing. Once you approach the building you’ll be able to follow these decals through the open doors all the way to your seat, allowing you to always know right where to go next, and avoid touching anything. Our ushers will help seat you every other row, and remind you to leave 2 "gap seats" between you and the party nearest to you, to ensure distance from those around you. You are always welcome and able to leave additional gap seats at your discretion.
Sanitizer will be available at all entrances to the Worship Center. We will not be passing around any giving plates or communion elements during service. Offerings and tithes can be dropped off at the exits of the Worship Center at the conclusion of service.
We will be sanitizing all surfaces throughout the morning, including all restrooms, arm rests, and door handles (even though you won’t have to touch those!)
Additionally, our staff volunteers will be wearing masks throughout the morning to ensure we take every precaution for a comfortable environment.
Should I arrive early?
Yes, with a caveat. Doors will be opening 30 minutes prior to service (9:00 & 10:30), so if you’re much earlier than that please be willing to remain in your vehicle until the doors open and we’re ready for you!
Will I be required to wear a mask?
No, though we encourage you to take whatever steps necessary to feel safe and protected. If you will be bothered attending worship with unmasked attendees we invite you to continue worshipping online until you feel safe to return.
What if I have other questions?
You are always welcome to reach out to our team by emailing questions@fbcw.net or texting us at 678.831.6489. We will happily answer any questions you have!
Nope, we just want you to be comfortable! You’ll see a huge variety of attire on a Sunday morning, and we love it that way. We are a multi-generational, diverse church! Whether you show up in your “Sunday best” or shorts and flip-flops, you will feel at home.
We know - it’s a huge campus, and parking can look scary. We promise it’s not that bad. First, we have an incredible parking team who are out there to serve. They’ll help direct you to our guest parking lots on your first visit. From there you’ll practically be at the front door already! We always have reserved parking for our first time visitors, as well as any Senior Adults and families with Special Needs.
On return visits, we do everything we can to make it easy. First, we have convenient trolley service that shuttles you to the heart of campus. These 4, full size trolleys carry 40 people at a time, and are making a continual loop around in the lead up to services. When you arrive, head to a white tent and one will be around shortly.
If you have any questions call our Connections team at 678.494.2748.
Services last just under an hour and fifteen minutes. During that time you can expect a time of worship, ministry updates, and about thirty-five minutes of preaching.
We are blessed to have absolutely an incredible, dynamic and engaging group of teaching pastors, led by our Lead Pastor, Jeremy Morton. FAMILY ACTIVITIES

Our preschool ministry is staffed by our awesome, trained and background checked volunteers who love serving your family. Your child will get the opportunity to learn a bible lesson, worship, and do age appropriate crafts and activities, including visiting our indoor & outdoor playgrounds!
Kindergarten - 5th Grade
Kindergarten through 5th graders are able to attend our awesome Sunday Morning Groups for a bible lesson and fun games and activities. Those in K-3rd are then invited to attend Kidzplace, an amazing worship experience designed especially for them. If you’re attending for both service hours they can go to both; otherwise we suggest sending them to Kidzplace during the time you’re attending Worship.
Middle School & High School
Our Middle and High School students head to the Warehouse, our student building on campus. They’ll have the opportunity to join a community group with their peers and enjoy a time of fellowship and learning the Word.
