Ways to Serve with The Well
CONNECTION POINT LEADER
This position serves as the pathway to get involved in groups, mission projects, off campus events, and serving opportunities. They also contribute to the welcoming environment of The Well by overseeing greeters, floaters, and info desk volunteers.
Our Door Greeters are the first faces you see on a Tuesday night. They greet each person who walks through the door with a smile and are available to answer general questions about The Well.
CONNECT DESK VOLUNTEER
Our Connect Desk Volunteers make sure The Well attendees feel welcome each Tuesday. They greet first time guests, answer general questions, and provide small group information.
CONNECT TEAM FLOATER
This role is to help newcomers feel like they belong by engaging them with a friendly face and a warming personality.
This team oversees events on and off campus to create a friendly environment to connect outside of our regular gatherings. The Event Team Leader recruits people to help carry out these wonderful events, while our Event Team Volunteers help plan and execute them.
Our gatherings wouldn’t be possible without the people who work behind the scenes, like our amazing production team! Be a part of lighting, audio, or running lyrics.
This team comes alongside our ministry to ensure our worship services, groups, events, mission opportunities, and people are covered with prayer.
The Well Coach is a discipleship role for someone over the age range of The Well, but wants to invest in that demographic. They walk alongside our group leaders, step in as a substitute leader as needed, and are willing to open their home for special events.
SMALL GROUP LEADER
Our Small Group Leaders invest in the lives of college students and young professionals by leading provided discussion questions and encouraging them in their walk with Jesus.
A small group co-leader assists their leader in facilitating discussion questions and encouraging their group.
