Serve at Woodstock
Ways to Serve with the Connect Team
The Usher Team has the unique opportunity of building relationships inside the Worship Center by helping people find seats before our gatherings begin.
The Baptism Team provides support to the Pastor and the Baptism team in preparing candidates, parents and families for baptism for the gathering.
The Coffee Team contributes to our welcoming environment by providing coffee and a smile. Whether it’s brewing coffee, refilling pots, or keeping the counter tidy, they play a huge role in serving our church before each gathering on Sundays. This role requires light lifting and cleaning.
The Encourager Team has a heart for serving others through prayer, counseling, salvation, and membership at Woodstock.
Our Greeting Team exists to welcome and connect with people who join us on Sundays. They greet each person with a smile, help families navigate our campus, answer general questions, and engage in meaningful conversations.
The Trolley Team has the amazing opportunity of giving the first impression of our campus to families by either being a driver or engaging them in conversation.
The Parking Team are the first and last faces you see when you arrive on campus. If you are energetic and desire to help people navigate our parking lots with a smile on your face, we’d love to have you serve with us!
PLAN YOUR VISIT
Plan Your Visit Team serves first time guests by positively impacting their first experience at Woodstock. They will help you navigate our campus as well as sit with first time guests in our gatherings upon their request.
Interested in helping out when our church hosts special events? This team is notified when serving opportunities arise outside of our regular gatherings.
FIRST TIME GUEST DELIVERY
First Time Guest Delivery Team goes above and beyond by driving around Woodstock, Canton, Kennesaw, or Acworth to deliver gifts to our first time guests.
The Food Services Team oversees The Café and special events at Woodstock. The Café team registers, prepares, or hosts our Wednesday Night attendees, while our banquet team serves and prepares food for special events happening on our campus.
The Weekday Warrior Team serves during the workday to prepare for Sunday mornings by putting envelopes behind the seats in the Worship Center, writing notes to our guests and members, and helping with any other tasks as needed.
