Effective January 3rd we are asking invited guests to donate $1 per visit to maintain our equipment. Please place your $1 in the black drop box located downstairs by the Wellness and Recreation Office. Thank you!

Eligible Participants (invited guests) are as follows:

A guest of a church member accompanied by the church member
FBCW Dance Parents/Guardians
Upward Basketball and Cheerleading Parents/Guardians
Kenpo Karate Parents/Guardians
Timothy Ministry Parents/Guardians
Mens Age 30 and Over Basketball Participants

Participants of these ministries must be age 15 or older & must fill out a Health Assessment Form BEFORE using the exercise rooms.

Monday	6:00am-9:00pm
Tuesday	6:00am-9:00pm
Wednesday	6:00am-5:00pm
Thursday	6:00am-9:00pm
Friday	6:00am-2:00pm
Saturday	10:00am-2:00pm
Sunday	CLOSED

For Church members and supervised guest only.

You must complete a Health Assessment Form before using any exercise equipment.
