Upward Football

Upward Flag Football is a fun and safe alternative to padded football. There is one practice during the week and a game on Saturday. There are separate leagues for boys and girls. Each player will receive a game jersey, shorts, playbook wristband, and a year-end award for participating in the league.

Cheerleading coincides with the Flag Football league with practice during the week and a game on Saturday. Each child will receive a uniform, face decals, pom-poms, and a year-end award for participation.  Please note that Cheerleading does include girls entering Kindergarten. 

Cost:  $85 for early registration and $100 for late registration.

Ages:  For boys/girls in entering grades 1st - 8th.  Kindergarteners may register for Cheerleading only. 

Key dates:  Registration is now.  Early Registration ends July 1st.  Registration will close soon.  

Where:  Evaluation Day, all practices and all games will take place at Arnold Mill Elementary School. * 710 Arnold Mill Rd. * Woodstock, GA 30188

Evaluation Day:  Saturday July 26th!   Everyone must attend the Flag Football Evaluation or Cheerleading Orientation.  They will take place at Arnold Mill Elementary School at the following times:

• 7th and 8th Grade Boys/Girls
  Any time between 9:00 am and 10:30 am
• 5th and 6th Grade Boys/Girls
  Any time between 10:30 am and 12:00 pm
• 3rd and 4th Grade Boys/Girls
  Any time between 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm
• 1st and 2nd Grade Boys/Girls
  Any time between 1:30 and 3:00 pm
• Kindergarten through 6th Grade Cheerleaders
  Any time between 1:30 and 3:00

Please note: 

• If you have siblings please feel free to bring them all at one time.
• If you can not make it to your grade group, you can bring them at another time that day
